Trained Master Gardener Volunteers answer questions about bugs, plants, soil health, turf or other horticulture issues

Ways to submit questions-

  • By Phone- 419-578-6783
  • By Email- lucascountymastergardener@gmail.com
  • In person- Monday and Wednesday -10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; April to October (as staffing permits) or by appointment (address information is below)
  • Sample Drop Off- Plant and pest samples can be left in the white mailbox at the base of the porch stairs. When leaving samples, contain them in a bag (ziploc or paper bag), box or jar. Include your name, address, telephone and email. Samples will be collected/evaluated at the next Hotline shift. Volunteers or staff will contact you as soon as possible.
