This free, introduction class will review the differences between water bath canning and pressure canning and knowing what process you need to use for home food preservation in your kitchen. The same class will be offered at two different locations on different days. The class is taught by OSU Extension, Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) staff and is not sponsored by the Toledo Lucas County Public Library.
