One of the best things about Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) programming is that we offer educational opportunities across the lifespan! In OSU Extension, our broad areas of topics fall under Healthy People (including health and wellbeing, nutrition, outdoor health and safety), Healthy Finances (including creating a household spending plan, preparing for homeownership, and financial literacy for children and teens), and Healthy Relationships (mindfulness, healthy aging, Strong Couples project, compassion satisfaction).
