This overview will highlight common food preservation techniques such as canning, freezing and drying of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from the home garden or farmers’ markets.  This free overview session is open to those who have never done home food preservation as well as experienced home preservationists who would like keep up to date on researched recommendations.
