Inspired by mindful walking opportunities in other Ohio cities, OSU Extension, Lucas County is pleased to host a four-part series to connect with nature in the city.
What to expect: We will meet outdoors at Uptown Green for a short lesson on nature and our wellness and then take time to walk and experience nature at this 2.5 acre urban park. It is open to all ages.
Wear: comfortable shoes and clothing, sun protection.
Bring: a bottle of water or buy a cold drink at Market on the Green
Weather dependent: if the weather is not cooperative (storms, etc.) we will cancel.
