2007 4-H CAMP HIGHLIGHTS

About 30 youth, from age 7 to 13 years old, spent Friday, June 1st through Sunday June 3rd, 2007 at 4-H Camp Palmer in Fayette, Ohio. They all enjoyed a night hike listening to frogs and toads, rope making, archery, zip line and a rock-climbing wall. Many campers had their first trip in a canoe from Camp Palmer to nearby Harrison Lake and also swam at the sandy beach there. A great time was had by all!
The trip was educational, recreational and for many of the campers a first-time experience of this type. For more information about 4-H Youth Development please contact:
